One of the most significant turning points in my life—besides becoming a mother and launching my own business—was facing and overcoming breast cancer. This experience pushed me to step into the person I am meant to be, requiring me to release habits, routines, and beliefs that no longer served me and adopt those that resonated with how I truly want to live my life.

This transformative opportunity has allowed me to create my dream life! Everything has shifted. My business has flourished, my energy and overall happiness have soared, and my connection with my children has deepened. I’m no longer just surviving; I'm fully living and loving my life! Now, I empower others who believe they are destined for more.

As high-achieving women, I believe we must honor ourselves as the foundation of our lives, prioritize harmony over balance, and understand that our businesses can grow alongside us. Taking care of ourselves is essential.

In the stillness, we can gain true clarity, confidence, and connection with ourselves. We've been conditioned to keep doing, pushing, and chasing. However, when we learn to pause, feel, and process, we unlock our most powerful selves.

As a mother of three living in my "healing home" on a mountain, I enjoy owning free-range chickens, would wear flip-flops year-round if I could, and I know that long walks outdoors are vital to everything I do.

My true gift lies in helping women gain clarity not only on their obstacles but also on the power they hold within to create everything they desire. Doing so in a way that brings fulfilment, joy and excitement. I help them recognize their beautiful "opportunities" in life, reflect their truth, cultivate true abundance, and ultimately love themselves, their businesses, and their lives!
